As the Key Account Manager for Huawei in Poland from 2020 to September 2022, Mateusz was instrumental in revolutionising the consumer electronics sector. Under his stewardship, Huawei witnessed a staggering 390% year-over-year growth in the wearable category in 2021, demonstrating his unmatched ability to manage and expand product lines. His adeptness at forging long-term relationships with major consumer electronics chain stores  along with key distributors, has underscored his pivotal role in the industry.

 

Mateusz's expertise extends beyond sales into the realms of product management, where he utilized the 4P model (product, price, place, promotion) to ensure the success of a wide range of consumer electronics. This comprehensive approach has not only ensured profitability but has a profound positive effect on revenue.

 

Before his tenure at Huawei, Mateusz honed his skills at Acer in Poland and Germany, where as a Product & Category Manager, he was responsible for overseeing business performance, inventory management, and the full product lifecycle for several business units. His strategic vision facilitated the alignment of market approaches, maximizing market reach, and enhancing cross-sales opportunities.
